SellersEaston Media was founded by Fortune Magazine senior editors Pattie Sellers and Nina Easton, who hired us to understand and define customers’ needs for their legacy offerings. We conducted competitive research and talked to current and potential customers to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and the desires of SellersEaston’s target audience. We found that SellersEaston’s needed to organize its many services in a structured format, so clients could easily select the best product for their specific requirements. Working with the Vice President of Business Development and a designer, we decided the most efficient way to achieve this goal was to create a go-to-tool for current and prospective clients, by transforming the company’s website into a comprehensive marketing tool. We eliminated the need for previously used marketing materials, including pitch letters and promotional mailers. Furthermore, our work created the foundation for their social media campaign in both tone and verbiage.
